Rhoda Grant has challenged the First Minister on the reports that the UK Government has rebuked the Scottish Government for their failure to rollout broadband fast enough.
“Both the UK and Scottish Governments have failed in their delivery of broadband across Scotland, especially in the Highlands and Islands, and now they are squabbling amongst themselves.
“They need to take responsibility, get a grip and focus on delivering what was promised, and is so needed, rather than infighting.
“The Scottish Government made a promise to the people of Scotland about the rollout, and they need to fulfil that promise.
"They celebrated their own achievements on the rollout only recently in the Programme for Government, but the thousands of people across Scotland still not connected need actions not words.”
